Caren, Thank you so much.

I hope your readers find this particular Google spreadsheet of web tools for Judaic Educators and Teacher Trainers helpful. My blog, http://richarddsolomonsblog.blogspot.com, now focuses on the application of web tools for the blended learning Judaic Studies classroom, and for the training and mentoring of pre-service and in-service Judaic educators.

Thank you for your Big Questions, Richard. I wonder if you have ideas that respond to them as well?

Another question that emerged from this past week's Jewish Futures Conference in New Orleans - in which Ori Brafman asked: "What are the shared values for Jewish education?" - (see http://bit.ly/93ouja for the blog post by Rabbi Shmuly Yanklowitz).

Here are my three questions:
1. What is the essence of Judaism?
2. What is enduring Jewish knowledge?
3. What knowledge do we want our children to understand about Judaism

Hi Debbie,

You can certainly enter or their parents can on their behalf. For reasons I don't quite understand, Facebook does not permit advertisements for contests that allow minors to participate. Because I am primarily targeting Facebook users with this contest, using a Facebook-based contest app, I have no choice but to follow Facebook's rules. Sorry! When we have our platform up and running later this year, I hope we'll be able to open the contest up to audiences of all ages.
